Instructions for logging into the new webmail system for the first time

Click on the link “continue to webmail” above or the green envelope.
Type in your email address and password then click on the orange login button
A new screen will show you different options, click on the SquirrelMail button on
the right.
As an option you can select enable autoload to load squirrelmail in just seconds
instead of clicking on it all the time (it will offer you a time in seconds before
it changes) it is currently set at 5 seconds but you can change it to less time
e.g.
1 second.
The first time you login you will need to type in your name where is says full name,
when you have done this click on the submit button.
(This only needs to be done the
first time you login)
Now you can the webmail system. When you have finished make sure you sign out of
the system. Sign out link is at the top right of the screen.
